Supporting African families and enhancing their active participation in American society

HOW TO GET INVOLVED: QUARTER FOR LIFE CAMPAIGN
There are several ways for individuals, corporations and community organizations to get involved. These include Volunteer opportunity for individuals and groups. Opportunities exist in areas of health care (nurses and physicians); language translation and interpretation; fundraising and fund development; web designing; community advocacy; special events organizing; literacy instruction; communication planning; youth program instruction.

Donation and Resource Development:
The programs of the African Center can be sustained only if individuals, families, corporations, foundations and groups continue to provide the needed support. The center accepts cash and in-kind gifts. More importantly, the center treasures the relationship it builds with donors and volunteers.

Quarter-For-Life® Campaign and the Quarter-For-Life Race®:

The African Center is seeking volunteer Campaign and Race captains/representatives for these two significant events. Further information is available upon request. If you or someone you know is interested in getting involved, please contact: (317) 927-9777 or africancenter@sbcglobal.net or info@africancommunity.net
