LIFE CAMPAIGN
The
African Center, Indianapolis
is to adding
tremendous value and hope to the lives of Africans.... right here
in central Indiana. From a shared vision to a realized dream, The
African Center provides daily services that support the needs of
Africans...the needs of those escaping conflicts and persecution,
the needs of those trying to navigate the unfamiliar and the
complexities of American society…the needs of those just trying to
understand and connect themselves to all of the possibilities that
the United States can offer them. Little by little, we invite you
to understand and become a part of our vision. Its often the
little things that can disrupt the lives of Africans who have
settled in central Indi ana. Amer i c ans and Hoos i e r s
subconsciously flow through our daily tasks... tasks for which
African newcomers may interpret as yield signs, stop signs, or
even roadblocks. We can work together in easing the transition
from life in Africa to the United States.

Little by little, the Quarter for
Life Campaign will allow us to provide increased services and
programming that address the critical life needs of
Africans and their families in central Indiana. Through providing
these services and programs, we will give Africans the capacity to
pass beyond their barriers and to achieve a new sense of
independence and confidence.
The Quarter for Life Campaign
is a simple and convenient way in which you can get involved with
our programs and services that add value and hope to the lives of
Africans in central Indiana. We appreciate your interest in
reading this brochure. Thank you.
